AgroQR enables seed companies to generate government-compliant QR codes for seed packaging, with features such as one-time QR setup and annual maintenance.

3) Registration & User Account

• Users must register to use AgroQR services.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• AgroQR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for unauthorized activity.

4) Use of Services

• Users must use the QR codes and platform solely for lawful seed packaging compliance.
• Users must not reverse engineer, distribute, or misuse AgroQR's platform.

5) Fees & Payment

• One-time QR setup: ₹1500 (as per FAQ pricing).
• Annual maintenance fee: ₹1000.
• Fees may be updated, and users will be notified prior to changes.

6) Intellectual Property

• All QR codes, platform design, content, trademarks, and software belong to AgroQR.
• Users retain rights over their own branding, product names, and mockups.

7) Disclaimers & Limitations

Services are provided “as-is.” No warranties regarding accuracy or uninterrupted access. AgroQR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8) Modifications to Terms

AgroQR may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be effective upon posting on the site.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the relevant courts of India.
